Social Media Campaign of the Year: Do You Have A Penny?

At the 16th Altın Örümcek’s Web Awards, Green Crescent was handed two awards for its fund-raising campaign “Do You Have A Penny?”, being ranked first in the “Social Media Campaign” category, and having been chosen as the “People’s Favorite” based on the results of a public vote. Both awards were presented to representatives from Green Crescent and the CFA Advertising Agency at the ceremony, held at the Tim Show Center on November 8. We offer our thanks to all those who honored us with their vote for Green Crescent as the “People’s Favorite”.

Green Crescent’s “Do You Have A Penny?” campaign calls on the general public to “Support the Struggle against Addiction, Not the Addiction” by declining to give money to addicts, thus facilitating their access to addictive substances. Emphasizing the importance of public support in the struggle against addiction, the campaign calls on all citizens to do their part.

The Altın Örümcek’s Web Awards are organized every year to promote and highlight successful projects carried out by using web and Internet technologies.
