MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

At Green Crescent, our core mission for over a century has been to protect individual and public well-being and help build a future grounded in health, resilience, and hope.

Founded 105 years ago by a group of forward-thinking intellectuals under challenging circumstances, Green Crescent has since grown into a global movement—now reaching every region of Türkiye and extending its impact across 95 countries. We honor with deep gratitude those who laid the foundation for this journey, those who walk alongside us today, and all who lend their support. With the same determination that guided our founding, we continue to lead efforts in prevention, awareness, and intervention through our nationwide branches, thousands of committed volunteers, and dedicated professionals.

The insight we have gained as an organization continues to guide our path forward. With this vision, we prepared our 2023–2025 Strategic Plan, marking the beginning of a new century for Green Crescent. At the core of this plan are our mission and vision, reflecting our unwavering commitment to making a meaningful and lasting impact on people’s lives in the years ahead.

Through the 2023–2025 Strategic Plan, we reaffirm Green Crescent’s pivotal role in global addiction prevention efforts. I hope this plan will serve as a valuable guide for our ongoing efforts. I extend my sincere thanks to our Board of Directors, professional volunteers, and all of our partners who contributed to shaping this important initiative.
